    Gold Trend Data

I've configured this to only download data for the EU realms Moonglade, Steamwheedle Cartel and The Sha'tar; three retail realms that are all linked.

Every time there is any kind of guide update, this list increases to about a dozen realms that I have old characters on, or that my son has characters on (we have two WoW accounts under one blizzard account). Every single update, I have to go back in and remove those realms from the list, and check that the 'automatically import the realms I play on' box isn't ticked; it isn't.

It isn't a huge deal, but when there are lots of updates, it's irritating. Is there something I'm missing in the settings? I've been through them over and over again and I can't see what it might be.

I'll let our client programmer know about this.

I forgot to take a screen shot last time, but as you've just rolled out the new Classic updates, it's done it all over again This is what I get after an update. It doesn't see to happen at the time of the update, but the next time I fire up the client.zygor trend data.jpg

I have this problem as well. Used to have characters on about nine realms and have since ended up to just one realm. Still updates and readds those old realms even after I manually go in and delete them.

The next time this happens for either of you please right click on the Z icon in the task bar tray and select Logs. This will open the folder where all of the client logs are kept. Please send us the log file for the date that this happens so we can see if there is any clues in the log file for why this is happening. You can send that to support@zygorguides.com and just give a quick message that it's a log for the trend data import problem so we'll know why you're sending it.

This is still happening every single time there's an update. What seems to be happening is that when a new update is applied, the box 'Automatically import the realms I play on' is briefly checked, then unchecked. Occasionally, if I'm quick enough, I can uncheck it myself before all the extra realms are added.

Edited to add: I sent you the log files you requested on 24/09/19

The log files were passed over to our client programmer for him to look into it. I'll see if he can shed any insight to this.

This should finally be fixed in 4.3.9, which is beginning to rollout now. Of course, let us know if you continue to see this issue pop up.

It's stopped doing it. Thank you
