Alliance 55-60 step 285 NPC does not exsist

I'm finding a few NPCs that do not exist in the Eastern Plaguelands. Alliance guide appears to be neglected in the higher levels.

Edit: I find myself having to grind around 50% each level which gets tiresome.

This is because Blizzard decided to not put all quests into the game right away. You will find that a lot of stuff isn't available in the 55+ guides. Unfortunately there aren't other quests in the game to use as replacements for these and we can only suggest either grinding out those last couple of levels or run dungeons to get those last levels.

Hi again, Please find all the quests that are not implemented and remove them from the guide for now... put them in when they become available.
