guides missing

hi i purchased the standalone guides years ago but cancelled my sub some time ago. I have just downloaded the addon again for classic but it is only showing the starting areas even though i have purchased the original game guide previously, is there something i need to do to enable it?

Any guides you purchased in the past were for the retail version of the game (currently BfA) and will still work on those retail servers. The classic servers and guides are a separate product and only available with an active elite subscription.

Provide a fix so that existing supporters that helped to get this established can receive the guides they purchased with the Zygor Client. I am having the same issue as OP here, and no direct method to download the guides. This is for Any of World of Warcraft rather it's vinalla or the latest expansion that was purchased by the individual.
