    Frankly, I dont care who of your staff it's working on the guide, but I do care about paying for something I'm not using because it's bad.
    So, do I get any compensation for the downtime?

    I would say NO because your making the choice not to use it and to use other stuff if you don't like the guide just see if you can get a refund but tring to get something for free for something you even said you are not using is just dumb and foolish and so far the guide is working fine for me so your problem must be user error and if my guide wasnt I know they would fix it nothing to get worked up about it is a game after all just a big timesink for a very productive a wonderful fun-filled life that you have puns intended
