Hi,

In phase 1.5, the dire maul patch, in the guide Western Plaguelands Step 42/48 - "accept 'A Reliquary of Purity'". You need to visit the dire maul instance (or at least the entrance) first, in order to be able to use the conversation icon "Have you ever heard of a place called Dire Maul?" and accept the quest later.
