How to pick choose a guide after grinding dungeons

So i was doing the redridge mountain guide and then did deadmines a few times and am now level 23 and have out leveled a good chunk of the quest guides. How do I choose the next one, all the guides are so fragmented that i cant find the place im supposed to be at.

So far this guide is a fat waste of money....

Getting started in the middle of any questing guide will be a little rough. We recommend you load the guide for about 3 levels below you and start from there. Just skip any steps you can't do and before long you will be in sync with the guides.
