Addon asking me to 'Accept Regthar Deathgate' but the only quest he has is 'The Rescue'.

I've followed this from Level 1, so it must be an ordering issue.

The quest requires level 30 to accept, are you level 30? Making sure, because some people say they've been skipping the "Reach Level X" steps.
