A quest is obsolete

There is a quest in horde intro to zandalar that is no longer active is is marked obsolete by wow head. It's in step 75 of the guide you no longer have a quest called "To Matters at Hand". Instead we go straight to the princess talanji and get "We Need Each Other".
Posible fix coming in the guide spent more time then I would like to admit trying to find matters at hand.

That one starts with magni.
The one I'm referring to starts from Chronicler To'kini.
Bottom line was I needed to skip this step in guide to continue the guide. Heres the link

I came to post this exact issue. "Matters at Hand" is no longer available. Wow suggest to go straight to the Princess. Wowhead also lists it as obsolete. Please update the guide. This caused me, as a new BFA player and new Zygor user a lot of confusion.

Hi just turned my mage into horde went to first step in guide Vol'dun talk to Princess Talanji accept discreet discussions but she is not here went to step two same thing no one to be seen. Am I missing something ? thanks hope you can help

Ok ready to pack wow in for 2 days I have tried. step 32 is ticked infusing the heart, step 33 nothing .back to drawing board. have also done four world quests the yellow question mark is there but supposed to talk to Natal'hakata to get loot nothing the question mark is in an empty room. Every other quests and tried them all believe you me start with Princess Talanji who is not to be seen. Think changing to a horde was a hugh mistake as totally stuck first time in all the years I have played with Zygor

No idea if this makes a difference but the mage I changed to horde is level 120,my heart of azeroth is level 50 at mo thanks hope someone can help

Double check the scouting map to see if any of the zones have a quest for them on the map. If so do those quests to unlock the zones.

Ok got a quest went to Orgrimmar met the banshee Queen and low and behold finally met the princess. have to say was not plain sailing but finally on my way, thanks for help
