Wrathion Questline 8.2.5

Is there a possibility to add Wrathion questline to the Heart of Azeroth folder ?

I tough more people would like it but i haven"t seen anyone asking for it sooo...

It seems like it should be separate. I just started the Essential Empowerment guide on Horde and I didn't have to do any of the previous steps to start the Whispers of N'Zoth quest which starts the Wrathion questline. The Whispers of N'Zoth quest starts on step 64. Step 53 said to have HoA to level 65 to continue. Mine is level 56 so I had to skip a lot of steps to get to Wrathion.
