Zangermarsh leveling step not possible

Hello, I wanted to give a little feedback: The quest Glowcap Mushrooms that you have to accept in step 97 of the Zangermarsh leveling guide is not available. If I look on wowhead it seems that the quest becomes unavailable after becoming friendly with Sporregar.

In the guide it seems it would be better to remain neutral before coming to sporregar.

Also, right after this in step 108 you are directed to kill Ango'rosh enemies to get Strange Spores. But after this you get a quest from Orebor Harborage called Ango'rosh Encroachement for which you have to kill the same enemies again. The former is not required to get the latter so it seems a bit redundant to do these quests separate from each other.

It's mushroom samples, not strange spores, but your point is valid - these two quests should be done at the same time. It's annoying to kill a load of them to get the mushroom samples and then be asked to kill a load of them again
