Flightpaths Not Registering as Discovered

Hi there,
I am currently starting up a new character in BFA and he is currently level 20+. At level 1 I used my 'Surviving Kalimdor' and 'To Modernize the Provisioning of Azeroth' toys before I even left the starter zone and found my first flight path. Zygor suggests leveling zones far away from me for when I complete zones, but no matter what I select it wants me to run to every zone as if I haven't found any of these flight paths yet, even though I have. There are 2 Horde alternatives though I do not know what they are as I do not usually play horde.

I have Zygor fully updated and reinstalled, and have logged in and out of the game several times and it still doesn't register. I have gone to flightpaths and it doesn't add them as available for Zygor to suggest to me to use or hearth near a flightpath as it usually would do for fast traveling. I have moved the Travel Comfort Preference from Speed to comfort and its the same, I usually leave it on Speed all the time.

It might be one of your other addons preventing the guide viewer from seeing your known flight paths. Try disabling all other addons then when only Zygor is enabled open up the flight map with a flight master to see if that resolves the issue.

Update after I've been home for an hour:
Adding screenshots below. I disabled every single addon I have except Zygors Guide. I have tried loading different quest locales and they all want me to run to the basic flight paths you automatically acquire at low levels, such as Goldshire and Stormwind, but none of these other ones from the toy I have acquired. I flew from Eastvale logging camp, to Redridge mountains, to Stormwind, to Westfall, back to Redridge and finally to Duskood JUST to see if Zygor will see these fly points. It still does not.

Within the WoW folder I deleted the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders and let it reinstall just to make sure it wasn't a WoW issue. My Zygor is on version 4.2.15 at this moment.

In one screen shot after I restarted Duskwood, I went to Redridge, flew to Duskwood and the guide wants me to fly to Redridge and run back to where I already am at this moment in Duskwood. Now, I have played this for quiet a long time and I can 100% figure this out and work around it, no issue at all. This is me submitting this as its slightly weird these flight points don't register and/or a newer player gets Zygor and this isn't registering for some reason.

Ahh, what you are experiencing is not the flights not being known. It's the precise travel steps. In that pic with the flight map open it's trying to take you to that first line which is in Redridge at the bridge leading to Duskwood. Unfortunately you can only hide them from being displayed in the step but the guide will still try to lead you to them in order. Each one of those lines before the talk line is pointing to a separate waypoint for leading you from Redridge down to the NPC in Duskwood. The only kind of work-around at this point is to click on the red line for the step and that should change the arrow to point to the final destination.
