Have you removed the other spawn locations for these multi-spawn point mobs ? Come across a few WQs now that one state "This world quest spawns in numerous locations.". In the past they had the other locations shown and clickable.

Do you have the names of any of those WQs that you think had multiple coordinates before but not now? That will give us a specific place to start looking into if they were removed in an update somewhere.

Both of those show that the extra tip lines are there and the coordinates that you list for where they are today are part of the extra places. If you're not seeing the tips with the extra locations in the guide viewer then you might need to do a wipe/reinstall of the guides including the files in the SavedVariables folder.

An uninstall and reinstall seems to have fixed the issue. Weird one that. I'll have to remember this for the future.

I guess the initial one I reported is the one that needs attention now ;-)
