Disc Priest Gear Advisor Issue

Zygor Version 7.0.21197
Gear Advisor sugguests replaceing [cloth] Curate's Boots (ItemID 157706) with [leather] Scaled Leather Boots of Quickblade (ItemID 9828, BonusID 1679).
Am able to replicate.
