questing but not gaining xp

Hi Im so pissed zygor is asking to accept all the quest , how ever he is not helping me to return the quest items to right owner so how can I level if just getting all the quest with out getting all the points from the finished quest after returning it to the one who gave us the quest kindly fix this issue.

What quests exactly are you having a problem with? All of the quests we tell you to accept we also have you turn in.
