Zygor guide bug?

My zygor guide is stuck on a trial guide for my lvl 38, but I just renewed an elite membership and it should work. Does anyone have any suggestions? The zygor tab will not pop up but does for other characters.

Try typing "/zygor show" without the quotes in the game chat. That should get it to show up again.

If it's showing trial guides on all toons then try doing a guide reinstall.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_classic_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewerClassic folder
3. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
4. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it
