Zygor stopped at level 92

Hello im playing alliance and everything was going great, i love this guide, but it just stopped at level 92 when i completed the jade forest guide, it said to me ( guide completed ) thats it and it didnt load anything after that. Can i get an answer please, thank you.

It sounds like you have the trial guides installed. Make sure your desktop client is logged into this username account so that it can see your active subscription and then reinstall the guides.
