Auction house prices arent correct?

Hi Is there something I am missing? It seems like all the suggested prices are vastly inflated like white items for between 5 and 30 thousand gold each and level 46 potions 25 thousand each. It will also have things like a fishing pole for over 5000 gold. Is there any way to get a more accurate price?

The prices are based on what has been listed on the AH over the past 30 days and/or what is currently listed. A lot of people will use trash grey and white items to transfer a lot of gold between accounts which will throw those number off and make them seem inflated like you see. Just use your own judgement when looking at every price you see to see if it seems normal to you.
