Leatherworking guide wants 19 Plans: Runed Copper Breastplates

Step 4 of the leatherworking guide asks for:
- Create 19 light leathers
- Get to level 20 in Leatherworking
- Collect 19 Plans: Runed Copper Breastplates

Isn't that a blacksmithing recipe and why would you need 19 of them?

It looks like we put a wrong ID number in there for light leather. That is making the game replace Light Leather with Plans: Runed Copper Breastplate. We'll get that fixed.
