Major flaw in Alchemy guide; perhaps other guides?

Alchemy guide says you must be level 41 and level 45 to respectively learn Superior Mana Pot and Major Healing Potion. This is incorrect. You need to be those levels to USE the product, but not to learn the recipe. Is a similar flaw present in the other profession guides?

This was probably just a simple mistake when the guide was being created. I have it on our list to get fixed.
