Gear Score Guide?

Is there a thread that shows how the gear score part of Zygors works with its pros, cons and limitations?

Does anyone have a recommended build for Healers? more specifically Holy Priests?

I would really like to read more on this particular feature so that I know I have things on my end set correctly.
