The automatic pathing for the patrolling mob does not appear to work

What exactly is not working with it?

So on these quests you follow the path until you find the mob.

It is designed to go round and round until you move to the next step.

In this case it didnt move to the next step, I had to manually navigate using the minimap as a guide.

If you disable all other addons does the arrow change to the next waypoint?
