Quest cleanup broken?

Since the update of the quest cleanup button, every time I go to cleanup quests, it wants me to delete everything that's not in my current guide. Even if I will definitely be using it in the next zone!

This isn't a lua error (there is no error). It's just doing the wrong thing. What happened and how do we get it back working the way it was before?

Hi, are there any news on this?
I also find it weird that quest clean up clears all the quests not on the current guide, even if future guides will use it

It should no longer do this if the quest is part of a chain.
