Securing Warfang Hold -- Incorrect Quest Giver...and Instructions.

Step 675 of the War Campaign says to talk to Dark Ranger Alina to accept Securing Warfang Hold. It also says that this cannot be completed until the mission Casting the Bait is complete.

I just started that mission, so it has 24 hours to complete, and Nathanos is actually offering the quest.

Blizzard might have removed the time-gating on that quest. If you're able to accept it without waiting for the mission to finish then you should be able to just keep going.
