Only classic wow is working, bfa is not

I haven't started up the version I had been playing for the last few years ever since Classic rolled out. I started it up today and none of my add-ons show anymore. The only one I actually care about is Zygor, can you help me to get it running again?

Did you run the desktop client to make sure the guides were updated?

yes, I ran the desktop client but to no avail

Try doing a guide reinstall.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
4. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it
