accidently dragged it off screen, how can I get it back other than reinstall?

Not sure if this will work but it resets the guide viewer window position so it might also reset the minimap icon position as well. Go to the character selection screen and disable Zygor in the addon list there. Next log into the game while Zygor is disabled, then go back to the character selection screen again. Now you should be able to enable Zygor in the addon listing again and when you log in the position reset should have happened.
