Leveling in BFA - Ghostlands default

Just wondering why Ghostlands is the first leveling guide that pops up for new Allied Race toons? Is that area proven to be most efficient? If not, what is?

That is just the first zone in the Horde files that is appropriate for your level. Nothing special about it other than that.

Feel free to pick any zone guide that covers your level range. They are all pretty much the same for leveling now that the zones scale with your level.
