Keep getting need an update when i dont

In darkmoon island and large Zygor box comes up need to update and at the top membership not active ????? so whats happening as fully paid up thanks

Please try the following and see if it resolves the issue:

1. Exit out of the game completely.
2. Open the Zygor Guides Client. Click on "WoW Guide Content" to select it, then click the Repair button.
3. When it finishes repairing, go back in the game and see if the issue is resolved.

Hi did as you asked but still coming up when I log in, at top message says subscription expired

When you look at the desktop client does it show your correct username on the left side and also show that you have an active elite subscription?

Yes correct name and active subscription

Try doing a guide reinstall.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
4. go back in game to test and let me know if that fixed it

Ok did as you asked went into game great it never appeared, but now I don't have zygor on my addon list in game so i'm playing blind. reading another post you said go into desktop icon and properties which I did and my computer says this
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Zygor\Zygor.exe no mention of disk c so kinnda stuck as not very savvy. Will wait on my Grand Son this afternoon see if he can figure it out . thanks for help

Try restarting the desktop client. Right click on the small Z icon in the task bar tray icons and select to Exit, then use the desktop shortcut to restart the client.

Problem solved, I have two hard drives on PC and Zygor was installing to the wrong one - changed the drive and problem was fixed. Thank you very much for your help
