I accidently clicked stop showing grind sections

any way to get it back to show up when there is a grind spot?

I'm not sure if we have an option for that. You can always reset the options by exiting the game, go to your wow/classic/wtf/account/<your account name here>/savedvariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there. That will do a full reset of the guide viewer and have the grind steps shown by default again.

The grind steps will still show up in the guide, if you need to reach a certain level, and you're not there yet. The only thing you can hide by clicking on the popup, is the popup itself. The popup only explains why you are seeing a grind step, and letting you know that you can skip them if you want to, and only grind/run dungeons if you can't accept a quest or start to feel weak. The actual grind steps in the guide cannot be hidden.
