War Campaign - Deep Sea Dive

At this step I am waiting for Biolumi-Nuisance quest to auto pop up with the guide informing me that "You will eventually automatically accept this quest". It really should have "Kill mobs in this area until it appears.". Otherwise I could take the guide literally and just stand there doing nothing.
I had to check wowhead to find out that killing the mobs will cause this quest to appear.
