Guides I purchased Not showing up

All the guides I purchased in the past are not showing up on my viewer list, only some dungeon guides and lvl 1-12 horde guide, all the full guides I purchased are not showing up, how do we fix it?

Any guides you purchased in the past were for the retail version of the game (currently BfA) and will still work on those retail servers. The classic servers and guides are a separate product and only available with an active elite subscription.
