I see AddonSkins mentioned in the error. If you disable the AddonSkins portion of ElvUI do you still have issues?

Hello

Yes, also when I disable the AddonSkins I get an error.

I have also disabled all addon except:
BugGrabber
BugSack
Skillet-Classic
Titan Panel
ElvUI

Now the error is gone.

However when I now enable an addon which uses the AceTimer-3.0 library then the error returns.

After enabling e.g. Details!Damage Meter the following error is seen

Since those errors are for Skillet-Classic you will need to submit the LUA error to that addon's author for them to fix.

Sorry if I am offending someone but I am very dissatisfied with this answer.

Zygor has added a new feature: Gold guide. Due to this a working adding is broken and probably more addons which I am unaware of.
I know from the past in retail that Zygor has modifed the Ace3 libraries which where not compatible with the common one.

Since this addon gives the error just give as a response let them fix what we probably have broken.

For now I have to disable some addons to get everything working again.
Since I am still using the Zygor Guide for leveling I will disable this addon for now and try to find a good replacement.

In the mean time I will try to report this error also to the Skillit author.

I get the same as schroeg with only 3 addons loaded : Zygor Guides Classic, Skillet-Classic & Swatter to get the error text.

I have been using both Skillet and Zygor for a long time, and Zygor Guides seem to be tainting the GetParent() function.

Skillet would open fine on a fresh UI load, until you craft anything (whether completely crafted or stopped) and close the crafting window.
Without Zygor Guides loaded this works every time. With Zygor guides enabled, this fails every time.

Will there be any action by Zygor to investigate this issue, since both addon authors are pointing to each other.

Just a quick update. Our dev team is working with the Skillet author to try to track down exactly what is causing the issues and come up with a solution, whether it's a change in our code or the Skillet code that is needed. There is currently no ETA on a resolution for this but we wanted to let you know that it is being worked on.
