Quest Stinky's Escape end quest location of NPS Mebok Mizzyrix

Quest Stinky's Escape showing location in Dustwallow Marsh 62;38.
There should be NPC Mebok Mizzyrix but he is not there. His location is in the Ratchet.
This is in WOW Classic
