For some weird reason it wont go to next step from step 49 when you have to buy 4 Lesser bloodstone from ah. its just getting stuck.

That is the last step of that guide. It should have had a pop up to suggest you load up the next guide which is Duskwood 33-33. You can load that guide manually if needed to continue.
