failed to get dump file

Like the title says each time i try to update the zygor gold data i keep getting that error .
Can anyone tell me what sort of an error this is, how can i fix it ? = )

The trend data is currently down. We found a bug that was causing the trend data to be inaccurate and are working on fixing it. It will take a few days at the least for it to be fixed and the system to get some fresh data processed to start sending out again.
