Won't install properly

Hi there,
I've downloaded the Win version. After I click to run the exe it opens a black screen. There's no words on it at all! When i move my courser over parts of it the courser changes. I've uninstalled and re downloaded it again. Same thing keeps happening. Please help!

Do you have a 2nd computer there at the house to try installing it on to see if it does the same thing?
