Inside game the Addon dont let me make a Bug Report

I have a problem with the guide, and i try to make a "Bug Report" inside the game, inside the addon option for that.

I full it, and inside that, dow i can only see 2 options:
"View"
"Save Report"

I click "Save report" and nothings happens, and i click view and works but i cant do nothing there. So i comeback and try to save the repor again but its useless.
