Can someone please explain why Zygor is telling me that my 445 shield with Ineffiable Truth is not as good as a ilvl 91 off hand?

In order to answer that question we would need you to hold Shift and click on Decline to generate a gear system bug report and then copy/paste that here so we can see why the gear system made the suggestion it did.

This is a bug in the gear system that should be fixed with our next update. It just does not see a shield as a valid item for the Holy spec and that is wrong.
