On step 123 after you talk to Emmarel Shadewarden and turn in "Oath of Service", the next action just says: Accept '...'

On step 124 - apparently you are supposed turn in whatever '...' is supposed to be to Altar Keeper Biehn in order to get the next quest "Infused with Power"

Since I can't accept or turn in a '...' I can't progress any futhur.

Help please.

This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.
