Loremaster Pandaria

Hi, I have a possible phasing issue in Pandaria. I am a level 120 Mage and I am doing the Pandaria Loremaster, I have completed them all up to Pandaria, but have also completed Kul Tiras.
This issue with phasing is in two areas of Pandaria; Dread Wastes and Kun Lai Summit. In both zones, I have gotten so far and then the quest NPCs and objectives are no longer available and all NPCs change to level 120 from level 90. I have had a guild member come along with me after I noticed the problem, but they see everything as lvl90 and I disappear. In Dread Wastes I have the following quests “Bound with Wood, Kor’thik Aggression, and Wood and Shade”. In Kun Lai 'Slum it in the summit', I cannot accept 'Challenge Accepted' there is no NPC and the Adds are all lvl 120

Do you have any ideas on how I can progress?

Try completing or abandoning all of the quests in your quest log. That should clear up any phasing issues. If it doesn't then you'll need to submit a GM ticket about it.

Thanks, done all of the above.

Blizzard support ticket not much help either, they suggested pretty much the same as well as resetting the Interface disabling all Addons. I have raised an in-game bug report with Blizzard and kept the call with support open. Perhaps they may get a GM to look into it.
