Arrow now showing

I have a recent new issue of the travel direction arrow now showing. it is turned on and still not showing. I have even disabled all addon except this one and still does not work. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still same issue.

Have used this guide for years and finally have had to cancel subscription do to this issue.

Where are you standing? Have you tried moving forward or back a few steps in the guide?

Yes. If i search for professions or anything else the arrow look like they want to show up but then dont. These a wired text that populates but them goes away.
