cant do quest

I am trying to get flying ability got to quest 774 enter the battle of dazaralor raid to defeat king rastakhan. I am level 335 and must be level 350 to eanter raid so do I skip this quest or is there a work around this. thanks for help

I believe that is required for the war campaign. Use the Gear Finder on the character sheet to find gear upgrades to get up to 350 so you can then do the raid.
