Guide Greys out the Item even its in the Bank and wants to skip it. SiS is NOT active.

How many quests did you have in your quest log when it was showing grey for that quest? And the guide viewer only looks in your bags for items so you need to have it in your bag and not your bank for it to be seen.

I had ALL needed items in the Bag. And on the second report it says "you need to get this from the bank". The guide would now skip it and you loose arround 10k XP for free.
