Silithus (58-59) Step 6

Step 6 of the Silithus (58-59) guide is to accept the quest 'Twighlight Geolords'. The quest is apparently only available once you hit level 60 I believe. I'm unable to accept it at level 59 and the exclamation mark is greyed out.
