Step 64 of the level 103 section of the Horde Warlock Order Hall guide asks you to accept "Black Rook Hold: An Unclaimed Soul" from Ritssyn Flamescowl. This is a level 110 quest.
It then asks you to begin the "Bradensbrook Under Attack" mission which isn't available, but should be because it's a level 102 mission. I've done all the other missions from the guide so far (and some XP ones), but it's not showing up.
