How do I install guides?

I must be missing something but I don't see anywhere in the client to download guides. On the website it says to click the name of the game you want. I attached a picture of what I see when I click guides. No buttons about installing new guides or anything.

Do you have the retail BfA version of the game installed? The client is not able to find the game install for retail but it did find the game install for classic.
