In the blink of an eye quest for Horde - after you accept it, zygor directs you to cleft of shadow to the Dalaran portal which does not exist. You actually need to go to the front of Ogrimmar where the new portal room is and talk to the Kirin Tor emissary and ask to be sent to Dalaran.
