Unable to start Suramar leveling quest

I am currently working on trying to do the Broken Isle Pathfinder, Part One achievement.

I got to the part where I need to do the Loremaster of Legion part, and it wants me to do the "Good Surmaritan" achievement
When click to load the "Suramar" guide, I can't figure out how to actually start it.

It says to open the adventure guide and accept "Khadgar's Discovery", but I checked everywhere in the guide and that is not an option (I am currently level 120)

I tried maybe going to my Scouting Map and accepting "Surmar" there but I think it gave me a different quest, it did not register. (I am druid for reference)

So I am not sure how to proceed.

Try just going to step 2 and see if you can accept the Magic Message quest.

I just tried this, and actually noticed that I already had the quest when I went to go pick it up.
So for some reason Zygor did not notice that I already had it (I have no idea when I picked it up)
Was able to turn in "Khadgar's Discovery" manually and continue on.
