WoD intro quest broken garrison navigation.

The navigation in the very first part of the garrison building introduction in WoD is broken. It keeps saying to leave the garrison, but that doesn't work, cause there isn't a garrison yet.
The step before this one says go to through a stone archway when following the NPCs climbing up the hill, but that doesn't trigger either when I walk through the marker, and there isn't any stone archway there. Yet at least since there's no garrison.
I don't know why, but it feels like this guide was built with someone who already had their garrison up. But I don't know how that's possible since these quests are only available before you build the garrison.
