Stuck in Ghostlands

i was leveling fine and got to step 148 in Ghostlands and i get the message to load new zone Hilsbrad foothills. I did and now im being directed to a place thats 'unreachable'. and i cant go on to the next quest in Ghostlands.

That means you finished the Ghostlands guide. Run into Silverwind City and go to the palace area in the back. Run up the ramp on the left and click on the portal globe to go to Undercity. From there the arrow should be able to direct you.
