The Vol'kaal boss fight in the Atal'Dazar dungeon should probably explain how the fight is to be completed; The three Reanimation Totems have to all be killed at once, then you can proceed to "Kill Vol'kaal."
My opinion, that's a vital mechanic that should be pointed out. The guide currently just gives information on what abilities to avoid and what abilities each class needs to look out for. The guide should probably guide the players on how to achieve the kill.
